Ok, I may crazy here, but I just stopped at a Yamaha store and looked at a Road Star Silverado 1700, 2005, 3500 miles, after market pipes, a supercharger. The sales guy threw out a number of $11,700, a brand new one is $12,700. I was considering making change for the lower center of gravity and slightly shorter length. My VTX is just so big. It is less maneuverable than I would like. I’ve been told by people who have ridden both that the Road Star would still give lots of power but would be easier to handle.
Can you give me any comment?
