The battery still could be the problem.If you do a voltage check it may show 12 volts, which is correct. But sometime there is a week cell and when
the battery comes under load it fails to produce enough amperage.Another thought check where the negative side of the battery is connected to the frame. Sometimes they come loose or get curroaded. Hope this helps
