Running problem

The bike in spite of a recent oil/filter change n air filter wash(last thurs) the bike won´t stay running once started. After a jump of the battery, bike starts n keeps running. But then after sitting for 12hrs went to start again and it will not stay running. Fuel additive was added(again) and I only run 92 octane in her. Last check up( last thurs) she was given a clean bill oh health. Now she won´t keep running. what´s ailing her?
