I had a 1977 750-S America. I got it from a friend who bought it from Cosmopolitan Motors in Hatboro Pa. I was a good bike, I drove it in all types of weather even in subfreezing cold. If the dyno/starter belt did not slip which it did from time to time the bike always started right up. The bike was not for eveyone.I say that because not all parts were available when you needed them and you needed a good mechanic from time to time to get it in good tune. This was a bike ment to be driven hard because everything worked so much better when the power was on. My bike would foule up if not driven hard. I think one must really know this bike to get the most out of it. The ride and sound was awesome but my life changed and I sold it. I have a friend who knows all about these bikes and has a number of them so when I need to go back in time and hear them run I go and see Albert Bold of Bold Precision. Well that is my story.
