HAVING PROBLUMS WITH MY 79 RD400 AT LOW RPM BETWEEN 3 AND 35 THOUSAND IT BOGS DOWN THEN AT 4 THOUSAND IT TAKES OFF, COULD THIS BE THE EXHAUST VALVE OR A CARB PROBLUM OR BOATH THANKS RALPH.
