I´m planning change my current indian high torque engine with the 1973 rd 350 engine.

1.Will it make a power difference?
2. Wat is the bhp of the indian one and american one? i heard that the indian one is 32bhp and the american 1973 one is 39 bhp? is it true?

someone please give me a clarity on this.
