hey there, i just bought a 77 rd200 dx with 6800 kms on it. it was sitting a barn before being rescued by someone else. the bike runs but is sluggish before 5000 rpms, it blows smoke(normal for two stroke??) so i was wondering about the fuel tank, it seems there may be rust in there and i think i should clean it out. suposedly the carbs were cleaned two months ago. what else could it be and could i do?

i have the orignal haynes manual and have done a bit of work before on other bikes.
