Hi, is the air filter/air box clean/clear and the needle height in the carb/carbs may need altering. Failing that the pilot air screw may need adjusting, i had fit a k&n filter to mine and the damn thing would run but would not set off so i wound the screw full in then 1/4 turn out and hey presto off it went.
