there is 2 10 millimeter screws underneath the seat take them of and it slides back and not sure how often it needs refilled and the choke you dont need on only when youve just takin it out for like 2 minutes have it on to heat up the bike then turn it off ( you pull it out then it locks back to turn it on opposite way for off ) hope i helped
