There are two ways to adhust the speed or power. The first is a liiting screw on the throttle. The second is a ristricter in the exhaust. it is a washer with a small hole between the cylinder head and the exhaust pipe. I found we can controll the speed of the bike better with it out. It also starts much better with it out.
