| i have a 2002 neo,50cc scooter recently bought i couldnt beleave how nippy a 50cc could be it wiped the peugot vivacity 50cc scooter i used to have.then when on it the other day i thought it had run out of petrol slowing down to 10mph on full throttle ive topped up the transfusion oil correct type as from when i got it theres been a slight rattle or tapping from it new filter+spark plug had the carburetter cleaned theres no leaking of anything to pinpoint the problem it fires up 1st time every time but still no more than 10mph flat out you can feel it wanting to open up quick speed bursts then compression gone previous owner said it done it once with him took it to someone fiddled about ht lead ,carburetor area within couple of minuites was flying top speed again the scooter shop has since closed or moved premises he said he only charged few quid fixing the problem instantly i would really appreciate any helpful replies in any common engine faults the yamaha neo50cc scooter have ive done every thing possible and was about to give up after hours on pc then i came accross this forom ime desperate as i got the bike for work please anyone and any help will be greatly received thank you all .....garyjaffa. |
