OK messed up the last posting but I am a bird!!!!
So as I said into bikes nots scooters so having a little trouble. A friend has bought an old neo´s and wants my help to get it running but on looking at it briefly the other night couldn´t actually figure out how to get the seat up!!!! I know I know no I´m not blonde just female and that´s enough of a hinderance so PLEASE how do I do it?
