Bike stalls after 20 min of riding

Bike stalls after 20 min of riding

My bike will stall after about 20-30 minutes of riding. Will restart with choke but will idle up to 6-7 rpms. Will only start and run good again after 10-15 min of cooling down. Temp gauge usually reads between 170 and 200. Dont know whats wrong any help would be greatly appreciated.
