Cheers. Enjoying it I most certainly am. The MT runs as sweet as a nut and handles like a dream. It´s a totally diferent ride to my last bike (1200 Bandit)and the low revving engine and high torque is something which takes some getting used to. I have the smoked flyscreen fitted, and the stage one Akrapovic cans which make the bike sound tremendous. I´ll be ordering the Yamaha tank protector as suggested, and I also fancy the replacement can covers with removable mesh as shown in the Yamaha accessory book. They are shown with no pillion footrests fitted in the book - is this for clean lines on the photo or do they have to be removed with these can covers? I don´t want to buy them and find that I can no longer carry passengers! Any info would be appreciated. Thanks.
