Could not agree more. The only way yo are going to find out what a piece of kit this is - go and test ride one, if you are NOT smiling when you arrive back - you are not human! I test rode the first one the day it came into the showroom. I have just returned from a touring holiday on my FJR, and the very next day I part ex-ed it and bought a beautiful (purple!!!) MT. It feels like a 600 on the move, ( not while pushing it I might add ) the handling, braking, and overall performance are far beyond what I ever expected from a bike of this nature. My local bike dealer has stated that EVERYBODY who has taken it out on test, has raved about the `fun factor`, and surely, that is what motorcycling is all about. I am a motorcycle instructor, and get to ride my fair share of bikes in a year, but I can honestly say that this bike is the best fun I have ever had in my thirty years of riding. BUY ONE before the `Eurocrats` ban this as being too much enjoyment, noise, and flys in your teeth grinning.
p.s. how the hell did Yamaha manage to get the standard pipes through the diamond encrusted gates of the noise regs.? The sound is addictive!
Luv it
