The unchanging REAR Tyre Pressure?

I´ve wondered if others have thought it strange that Yamaha reccomend the SAME rear tyre pressure for lightly-laden riding (0-90kg / 0-198lb), as do they for heavy-laden riding (90-198kg / 198-437lb) conditions?
