The Change Button, refers to Oil Change Reset when the oil change display starts flashing at the "computed miles count"....It knocks the Oil Falsh signal out....
Although I haven´t exeperienced this one yet, most scooters have a similar set-up, since the Display has no way of knowing about the physical oil change done, so it keeps on flashing till it is reset.
