I´m about 4´ 6.5" tall. If I sit back into the backrest then the best foot position, for me, is to have my heels back about an inch when the forefoot is up the inclined foot-rest.

I´m thinking that I should adjust the backrest just a tad forward.

I´d prefer to sit a bit lower (there´s a 2" gap at the seat-catch location) and wonder if there are any rider lowering kits available in Japan?!
