I purchased my Yamaha GTS 1000 New in 1993. As it turned out I developed problems in both knees and ultimately had both joints replaced. You know where I´m going with this ... I could never get into the crouch required to ride this bike very much. It has 4320 miles on it and has been in storage for 16 years. I keep it on a trickle charger and start it about every month. I love this motorcycle!
