Front tire wear

My 1993 GTS has gone through three front tires since I´ve owned it. I enjoy the ride and it rides straight no pulling either way but the front tire seems to wear uneven like a car with the alignment out looks choppy across the width of the tire! Any comments or ideas how to fix it?
