Hello all Giggle owners, have just test driven a Yamahas Giggle 49cc. and thinking of bying one. Only 1 problem: here in Sweden there are only aloud to do 45 km/h but it feels like it could go much faster. So my question is: are this 45km/h electronically controlled? and is it possible to make it go faster..? Does it only do 45km/h in every country..? Greatfull for an answer // Robert
