I was only 45 kg and I rode it... (Now I don´t smoke anymore, I´m... a bit more I´m afraid, but I still ride it!)
The FZX is a very easy bike to ride, even if you´re less than 1m60 as I am! Yes it´s heavy, but the centre of gravity is low, so it´s very steady.
