Engine misfire

Does anyone have any suggestions as to why my 2002 FZS 600 has a cylinder misfire? I have tried all of the simple stuff like spark plugs, bad fuel, air filter, carburetor ballancing and I´ve checked I´m getting a good spark but there is still a misfire. Any and all suggestions will be great as I´m all out of ideas. Thanks.
