Rarity of Yellow and Black FZ1??

Rarity of Yellow and Black FZ1??

I am looking at a Yellow and black FZ1 manufactured 7/2002...Does anyone know haw many of these were produced? The bike I am looking at has never been titled and has only 248 miles on it and I want to make sure it is as rare as the guy who owns it says it is. Thanks
