I THINK THE REDUCED EFFECT HAS A LOWER RED LINE OF 11K INSTEAD OF 12K. ALSO THE ENG NO HAS A PREFIX OF 1FN.IF IT WONT WHEELIE OF THE THROTTLE IT IS PROBABLY RESTRICTED BUT I DONT KNOW HOW IT IS RESTRICTED
