My 94 FZR 600 has lighting problems!

My 94 FZR 600 has lighting problems!

my headlights and dash lights get bright then dim then it starts over again. I´ve replaced the stator, the coils and plug wires, the reg./rect. and it blew the main fuse and makes the turn signals slow. The wire harness was kinda melted in some spots. I repaired what i could see but I think I got a bad harness. Any help would be awesome!
