JUST GOT A 1992 FZR 600 FROM A FRIEND. THE BIKE HAS BEEN SITTING AT HIS HOUSE UNSTARTED FOR ABOUT A YEAR. HE SAID IT USED TO RUN BUT SPARK PLUGS FLOOD WITH OIL. NOW I CAN ALMOST GET IT STARTED BUT WONT TURN OVER. WHAT MIGHT THE PROBLEM BE?
