I DON´T KNOW WHICH THE THEORETICAL SPEED COULD BE, ´CAUSE THE TACHOMETER HAS AN INDICATOR SPEEDLINE ´TILL 190KPH. HOWEVER, WHEN MY FZR 400 (´89 MODEL) WAS ALMOST NEW, PICKED THE TACHOMETER LEVEL ALMOST NEAR THE \
