i have a probleme in my bike

i have a probleme in my bike

when i turn on my bike the digital rpm is : 1400
after 3 minute is 1050 very good
when the temperature is hot =4/6 on the digital screen the fun is turn on and the
rpm become 1250 .after the fun is off the rpm stay :1250 where is the probleme ????
the rpm must be 1025 after the fun is off
