i used to have problems with the seals blowing,especially after the bike did a wheelie.for some reason back then the forks would bottom down causing high pressure and blowing the seal.i experimented by using a piece of pcv pipe as a spacer inside the forks and it seemed to work.i didnt have any more leaks after that.
