I have just seen the comparison of the FJR with the Pan European. Its obvious Pan owners are very loyal! Reliability? How many recalls? Costs? The Yamaha is cheaper to maintain. Safety? Pans are bikes that have been withdrawn by Police Forces because they weave like mad and probably cause accidents! Strange how Pan owners, like Beemers, are so bedazzled by the Klingon battlecruiser plastic they actually think they are that good.
