hi I have the same problem in with this engine in my race mower,so do you have problems with the overflow pipe dribling all the time ? is this why you hooked a vacuum pipe to the overflow pipe. check your float level. also does anyone have the float level/carb specifications for yamy dt25e 1977.if so email me please
