The aftermarket rear turn signals for the DT250, vintage 77-79 have an issue. The mounting stud is 10mm too short. The fix. Remove the stud and tap it to 7mm. Buy a 7mm bolt. Drill it through the center. Changer the hole on both ends. Prevent wire chaffing. Feed the wire through and you are set. A 7mm x 15mm bolt works like a champ. I was working with K&S lights. Bolted up like the originals.
