Have possibilty of buying a 75 Enduro. The man is offering it for 200. He bought it cheaper and fixed what was apparent that needed fixing. He has not started it ever but says it should work. Is this a good offer for a beginners bike? Also is this a fair price? Im hoping to learn the wonderful art of motorcycle maintenance, and why not start with a beater? I just hope its not a lemon...
