Dear all,
I have had some prob;ems with my 125 Dt engine lately, after long years of faithful service. On rebuilding the engine I gave discovered that the piston remains 5.5mm short of the cylinder bore´s top. I am more than sure that I have never encountered such thing on any engine which I have worked on. The problem is that I have used genuine parts, exept for the piston, but again the dimensions are accurate.The problem was with the connecting rod and bearing so now I have them new. the engine number is 18G-00-1502 Any sudgestions will be highly appriciated. Thanks in advance. Manuel Gauci
