Hi, I rode my uncles xvs classic 2001 today. It was the firt time ive ridden a cruiser, being on my zx9r for a few years now. I thought it was fantastic, Extremely smooth gear changes being shaft drive, very smooth clutch, plenty of power and the sound,... much different to the 4 cyls, has a very pleasant note I cant wait to hear again. The low centre of gravity made it very easy to maneuver while riding very slow and releasing the clutch in first youd have to be trying pretty hard to stall the thing. Anyway as I said this is the first time Ive ridden it so I dont know a great deal about them, but i thought id post anyway. Just to be the first. Emails welcome to greenzx9r@hotmail.com thanks.
