First bike - should I buy a drag star?

I passed my bike test 10 years ago and have never owned a bike or been on a bike since then. However I now want a bike for just slow cruising and enjoying the sunshine on the Scottish Islands in summer months. Does the Drag Star fit the bill? Thanks for your comments and opinions.
