Clarification? I have a Yamaha Delight 125 (3 years old). The latch on the seat has broken twice and today I went to a garage who advised me that this is a design fault and should be covered under warranty. Anyone know anything about this? I actually replaced the seat about 1.5 years ago as the latch broke on the original seat.
