Hi, i am trying to find out if a yamaha AS1C is learner leagal here in the uk. i am getting different quotes on the engine power, as a learner i dont want to fall foul of the law by riding it on L plates if the power is over the 14.6 that the law says.. any help will be appreciated,, ps yamaha are not able to supply this info ,, strange ???
