I have had the same problem with my Marauder. I drained the tank and replaced the plugs as well. There is no fuel filter on it. What you may have is a clog in one of the carbs. There are two of them and they have a very small hole that the fuel runs through that may be clogged. Hope this helps and if you had a different solution let me know
