Banjo Sizes and Degree of turns....

Ok, so I have customized my 03 Marauder a lot. I am now putting 16 in Kong Bars (ape hangers) and I am trying to order my new brake line.... But I need to know banjo size, which I believe is 10mm and then the degree of the angle on the caliper and on the bars...... Anyone have any ideas?? Thanks!!
