Hi everyone. I´m thinking about purchasing an 800 Intruder. Infact I went to get the bike last evening and when I went to take it home it wouldn´t continue running. The people I purchased it off of haven´t used it much in the past year, so I´m thinking it may be just that it needs a new battery. If a battery is no more good, would it do this. I would drive for about 2km and then it would start, it sounded like backfiring, then it would die. We would charge it up and then it would work again for another 2km run and then die. Does it sound like just the battery or something more serious?
