I bought this bike cheap& low miles. So far no troubles at 14,000mi.+. The 49HP rating must be off though because my buddy has a new harley 1450 sportster all piped and jetted and I can take him on acceleration and top speed (no kidding).I can also outrun my fathers 2000 honda shadow 750 so bad its pathetic. Strangely enough though my piped and jetted kaw.klr650 will hang with it up to about 110MPH. I don´t recomend this as a long distance bike though 300mi.trips are ok. overall I do like this bike.
