Hi,
I am new to the world of biking, just finished training (never riden before) and bought my ´86 Intruder thru a friend. I just love the bike so far, my only concern is how low this bike sits. My boyfriend is wearing out the foot pegs on the pavement, (he is used to riding a sport bike, I guess) being a beginner, I haven´t experienced this problem yet. The people that owned this bike previously think that the bike may have been lowered. I would like to get the bike back to its original height, but I don´t know what that would be. I haven´t been able to find specs on the seat height anywhere. Can someone with a ruler *laugh* measure their bike? Thanks for your help....
