Starting Issue

I´m having trouble geting my bike to crank over. I did replace the starter relay and so far still no luck. The only thing that makes any kind of sound when I hit the start button is a ticking noise coming from the fuel pump assembly. I´ve checked fuses and did the resistance test on the starter relay and fuel pump but I´m not all that good at trouble shooting electrical and I´m stumped now. Any ideas?
