Fuel pump not working

The fuel pump on my ´99 1400 wont run. I checked the pump by powering it independently and checked the resistence all good (ie the pump runs when directly connected to power). I checked pump relay and it´s up to speck according to the book. Unfortunetly put it all together and nothing.
Any suggestions?
