sorry to hear you are haveing such trouble with the volusia, I have had vtwins in the past and this isnt anymore or less uncomfortable to ride due to vibration ( I think) I took mune to montana and back from Ohio in 10 days, we did about 600 miles per day, and with the exception of a very tired bum, the bike performed mavelously. Next ones a BMW though, but I intend to keep the volusia..GOOD LUCK
