I am also 6´2´´ and of comprable weight. I love my 04 Volusia. It is a little short for us taller guys for long trips but that can be fixed with some highway bars and pegs. As for two people, it can be done comfortably but with any 800, the ride will be a little sluggish with two people (when compared to riding alone). Overall, it is a great bike!
