7 weeks since you asked the question, "how much HP with the Volusia 800?" I got a dealer to check this yesterday (1/10/04, Melbourne):
52 HP
69 Nm
239 Kg bike weight

The Kawasaki Vulcan 800 is 55HP@7,000 rpm, 64 Nm torque @ 3,300rpm, and 235 kg.

Suzuki are pratts for not publishing this stuff.
