Brian, that sounds a little low.
I get around 50 mi. Per gal. If on a highway and pushing it for long distances over 65/75 mi/hr I get about 45.
I usually fill up when the last bar starts flashing and I have about 185 mi on a tank then.
Did you alter your exhaust at all?
I used to get over 50 until I drilled holes in my end baffle plates. Sounds better but at the expense of gas milage
